I think Chibo means the next official build. It should be the first gold release, as according to the WBR, it'll last for a few months,

What happened at BtL was the first time something like that has ever happened at one of my tourneys. I'll talk to my friends who have cars up here and see what they do. I'll also email Drexel and see if I can use one of their parking lots for the night before/after.

That's my reaction whenever I see something is happening in New York City...
The sad thing is that NYC is instate for me... and going to Toronto or even Montreal is closer.

Hopefully school is feeling nice that week and lets me go to this :V
