It's really only good as a toxic staller and gets insta ***** by things like Aggron and Bastidon(and Toxicroak and Hitmontop and Hitmonlee and Steelix and well, pretty much every standard in UU)

I never thought I'd see the day when a legendary pokemon might actually fall to the NU tier.

Pink Reaper just took the words right out of my mouth.

Thats because nintendo screwed them over by giving the birds all the same stats and the special split and more rock types getting added and much more

2 Examples of what? A player so dumb he decides to attack a Normal type with Shadow Ball? Those vids don't prove anything about Noctowl other than that if you decided to attack it with a Shadow Ball you're ********. >_>

And who doesn't carry an at least moderately strong physical move on their team to counter special walls?
