i think most people would say dsmash for peach but I'm gonna go with nair
she'd have a pretty bad OOS game without it but could make up for it with djloos / parasol and other wackyness, and we'd be killin people with fair instead I guess

What if she didn't have float canceling? That'd be some cool ****.
I think fair would affect her more than nair. It's her main move for initiations. Losing nair for combo-breaking would seriously suck though.

It's between fair and dash attack on Peach for me.

falco would be WAY worse without his current up+b, his recovery isn't bad.
I disagree. Sure he would be a little bit worse without his up+b, but I still think his lack of it would not cause any significant decrease in his level of play. A lot of the times when a falco is forced to use his up_b, it means death.

Falco has more recovery options than most characters do in the game, which is the most important thing for a character's recovery. Falco is only dead when he's forced to up+b if he does so below the edge, otherwise it's good.

I've never though her best move was her downsmash. My favorite is nair, and I'm biased towards it, but if she didn't have her fair, she wouldn't have a basic spacing tool, which would SUCK so much.

Without her float, she wouldn't be above mid-tier, imo. Most likely worse.

Falco's shine for sure.
Pikachu has a lot of options:

uair makes you a combo machine/let's you gimp to stand a chance against high tiers

nair gives you an approach that doesn't totally suck

usmash is usmash

and then your up-b is just amazing.
Pikachu's uair is definitely his best move.

(you proable already know all of this)
1. It opens up a lot of combo opertunities.
2. You can easily gimp almost the entire cast of characters with it.
3. It gives you a decent oos option.

It's basicly like Pikachu's "shine".
