Which Main Menu Theme do you think is the Best?

I assume the wii u one is the same as the 3ds one but i just put it down as 3ds better safe then sorry.
Also i felt the 64 music should be put on even though its not that good but thats just my opinion.

I'm still in love with the original menu theme, which is now returning in Smash 4 as the results screen music which is totes awesome.

My list from best to worst is 3DS, Melee, Brawl, and 64.

The original still is my favorite. In terms of preference: 64 > Sm4sh > Brawl > Melee.

Melee > Smash 4 > Brawl > 64

Melee and Smash 4's themes are just packed with energy that pumps you up for the matches. Brawl's is okay, but the menu version isn't as strong as the FD version for example, and it's way overplayed throughout the entire game. The 64 menu theme isn't really a theme per say, sounds more like ambience sounds.

Melee's is most memorable to me, though I did really enjoy Brawl's. And all previews of Smash43D's seem to indicate it's good, too.

I think I'll forever love Melee's theme, but with Brawl, I got tired of it at some point. SSB4's theme sounds quite grand and ambitious, though I think I still need it to grow some more on me some more. As for 64, man, I can't get enough of the character select music. Although, to be honest, the mode select theme sounds kinda creepy to me.

They are all amazing, but I feel like Sm4sh's theme is perfect for the hype train. Trailers even sync the theme with the cutscenes.

I'd say:

Melee > Wii U/3DS > 64 > Brawl

I'd would of liked Brawl's theme more if it wasn't spammed all over the game.

I'm going to say smash 3ds. Has a lot of energy like melee, but feels like you are about to enter an epic fight like brawl.

After that it's Melee and Brawl's theme tied. Melee offers a very energy experience but misses the fighting mood. Brawl has the fighting mood, but misses the energy.

64...As a person who pretty much loves music I can put on my itunes, 64's ambience music doesn't do it for me.

Brawl's theme really grew on me, it is now my favorite. I really liked Melee's menu theme as well, but I think it did the reverse, I played the game so much and heard it so much that it's kind of just there for me now. lol 64's I don't even remember and listening to it isn't memorable.

The new theme I'll have to listen to more before forming an opinion. Right now I'd probably put the rankings like this:

1. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
2. Super Smash Bros. 4
3. Super Smash Bros. Melee
4. Super Smash Bros. 64

Melee 2. This music give you a feeling of completion when you unlocked it.

EDIT: I better say that Menu 2 is the overall better music, since I realized the Brawl Menu 2 theme is the same of Melee, but I like most the arrange in Brawl.

Brawl's theme is king for me, but Melee's is also excellent. I like the Smash 4 theme quite a bit, but I don't think it's had the time to grow on me fully yet. I expect it'll do so more when I start actually playing it.

On a side note, Brawl really needed the announcer to shout the game title in the intro, it just didn't feel the same to me. Please bring it back Sakurai.

Melee menu 2 from Brawl is the best. It gives you a since of satisfaction when you finally unlock it.

the 3DS main menu music is great in my opinion. For a game like Smash I want it to pump me up to play, which is exactly what that does. Melee is a close second.

Brawl is more sweeping and operetic, while 64 is simplistic. Neither are bad, just don't get me pumped like 3DS.

Super Smash Bros. = Smash 3DS/Wii U > Melee > Brawl

I like them all, just Brawl's is my least favorite.

Melee's theme has the catchy tune, and Brawl's is more... epic (maybe too much?), but I believe the one from the upcoming Sm4sh beats all of them. SSB's is the only one I can say I dislike, it just doesn't suit in for me.

I love it to. It was the character select screen in smash 64... and now the results screen in smash 4. it's stuck in my head! it's so catchy and brought back instant memories when I first heard it in smash 4.

Melee easily. It just gets me pumped for some Smash Bros.

But I'll still looking forward to how the menu music in the Wii U version of Smash 4 will sound.
