Before that people were fixated on EE saying "DL see you later!" when commentating so really, I'm not surprised. I don't think anyone here but on other sites.

Other than maybe new Banjo game announcements, no.
There could be a nice "East meets West" theme. Maybe Banjo and Erdrick could do the clenched-hands double-flex meme from Over the Top that all the kids seem to love so much.
That doesn't make any sense. If people already found out about one or two of the upcoming fighters, better reveal those first and save the surprises for later.
I'm sure someone's already pointed this out, but we don't have just words. If all the merch we're suddenly getting, and Banjo being front and center on a ton of ads, isn't enough to convince you, remember that "Brave's" stats have been leaked and it turns out he has a floaty jump and skids when he turns.
If Banjo's finally got a game coming, sure. Otherwise? Nah.

To be fair, DL see you later is an.....odd thing to say. Its not even a slip-up. There were theories people were bringing up that all the players and the commentators know the next DLC character(s) and that EE was hinting that one was gonna be revealed soon.

People thinking EE mean't something by that other than a joking manner are looking too hard for clues, that's all I've got left to say on the matter.
Shinobi602 seems to be hinting that Banjo will be revealed at this E3 though so I'm not sure I buy that he'll have a lot going for him if he's not shown in the next 3 days.

I know you're joking but Microsoft actually let the Blinx trademark lapse. They killed that shiz harder than Cartoon Network killed Sym-Bionic Titan.
It's not really a rumor, someone commented about being in a private Rare themed group and seeing the photo. Considering the context of the comment I doubt he was lying.

So it seems the Gematsu leaker from Smash 4 is back and is saying Erdrick, Banjo & Kazooie, Leon Kennedy with a Jill Valentine skin, and Lloyd Irving are all coming in the Season Pass.
I use to not think so... But I'm starting to believe that now.
I don't expect to see Banjo & Kazooie until the Nintendo Direct so no. But I'm excited about seeing Battletoads tomorrow though.
At least Battletoads will be worth a look if nothing else.
