Sakurai created Bandana Dee, but I doubt that will help.
If Bandana Dee is a newcomer, it would be thanks to our support and his recent roles in the franchise, not thanks to Sakurai bias.

Quoting this post just in case it happens. Lets not forget it is Nintendo who decides who gets into Smash, so there is no such thing as "it is not gonna happen". I mean, I like Shovel Knight's game and the character is great, but I am not 100% sure if I want him in Smash, but that doesn't mean it is impossible to happen

I think that @ NintenZ is referring to the fact that between Peach's Castle 64 and Super Mario Maker, the Mario series will have gotten two DLC stages, whilst also taking note that the Kirby series has gotten Dream Land 64.

Someone mentioned that he would prefer a generic Waddle Dee with different hats as a joke character

That means it's a "boss stage", and if it returns, it will probably have "boss music" like C-R-O-W-N-E-D or Moonstruck Blossom.

I want Other Dimension from return to dreamland, or one of the other boss stages like that (Nightmare, etc). What I don't get about the stage picks in smash is why there are so many first stages, but almost no midgame to endgame stages. Plus a space stage would be cool.

Since Kirby's Dream Land 3 isn't an option, I will go with Triple Deluxe, since it is my second favorite Kirby game. This place would be a gorgeous stage:

What I don't get about the stage picks in smash is why there are so many first stages, but almost no midgame to endgame stages.

They usually try to focus on settings that have had the most exposure; and everyone who plays a game has seen its first level. It's a shame, because several of the universes in Smash could be missing out on great stage concepts because it's from the end of a game that relatively few were able to beat.

I agree about Halcandra. The Starcutter as the main platform with Landia attacking it is an enticing setting. Instead, the focus remained on KSS.
