Sakurai could change his mind about his modesty though.
he could, and that is what we are speculating about now, but the discussion me and chandelure had was about his modesty before, of the reason why no other Kirby characters was added, now I doubt his modesty will have any effect now (it'll most likely that bandana dee will get out prorized by other characters, but we can still hope) but we have to take in any buff or defect that the little guy has, sakurai's modesty happens to be one of them

Eh, I doubt it.
That's one thing Sakurai WON'T change: his personality.
Everything is possible, Brawl is an example because he added 2 Kirby newcomers, he made the Kirby characters incredibly important in the SSE and obviously he made Meta-knight broken :awesome:
I like your avatar :D
but Bandana Dee is naked D:

I'm done the moveset, sorry I completely forgot.

[COLLAPSE=SuperBrawler's Specials-Only Moveset]Bandana Dee Moveset

Neutral B: Javelin. Bandana Dee throws his spear forward in an ark, then pulls put another one. If you hold B, he holds it in throwing position, and you can aim it. He throws it when you let go, dealing 9% each.

Side B: Parasol. Bandana Dee pulls out his Parasol and holds it before him, spinning it. If you keep tapping B he spins it longer. It also deflects projectiles. It is a combo move that deals 2 or 3% each hit! for up to 10 seconds.

Up B: Spearcopter. Bandana Dee twirls his spear above him rapidly, making him fly upward. It is another combo move, but is stronger and doesn't last as long, dealing 4 or 5% each hit.

Down B: Megaton Punch. Bandana Dee very quickly jumps up then down, punching the ground. While he does this, his fist glows, and anyone beside him gets hit. Deals 13% with pretty big knockback.

Final Smash: Waddle Dee Mob. Bandana Dee summons a huge mob of normal Waddle Dees, who attack all his enemies, Bandana Dee can also attack and help the Waddle Dees.[/COLLAPSE]

Is really cool,thanks!
I really like the idea of the Megaton Punch,I was thinking that it can work like Donkey Kong's headbutt.

I made a moveset :D

[collapse=Waddle Dee moveset by me (Toxicroaker)]

Ground attacks

Neutral: He jabs with his spear, does another jab, and finishes of with a quick flurry of jabs.

Forward Tilt: A short poke with his spear. This can be tilted.

Down Tilt: He sweeps across the floor with his spear. This can trip.

Up Tilt: A long overhead jab with his spear.

Dash: A slow roll.

Aerial attacks

Neutral: He spins in a circle horizontally with his spear outstretched.

Forward: He sweeps his spear forward.

Down: He puts his spear under him and falls quickly.

Up: A short jab with his spear.

Back: He kicks back.

Smash attacks

Forward: A powerful thrust of his spear. This can be tilted.

Down: He punches the ground.

Up: He twirls a parasol over him.

Grabs

Pummel: He slaps the opponent.

Forward: He grabs the opponent with both hands and throws him forwards a short distance.

Down: He pots them down and body slams them.

Back: He quickly turns around and flings the opponent behind him.

Up: He sets the opponent on his parasol, spins it, and flings them off.

Other attacks

Fallen: He kicks one leg out, gets up, and kicks the other out.

Ledge attack: He gets up and delivers a small poke with the end of his spear.

100% ledge attack: he slowly gets up, and sharply jabs with his spear.

Special attacks

Neutral: Spear Throw. Waddle Dee throws a spear. If you charge this attack long enough he will throw three at once.

Side: Parasol Spin. He pulls out a parasol and spins it in the direction of the control stick. This does minor damage, but can reflect projectiles.

Down: Hop. He does his classic short hop doing minimal damage to anyone hit, but this move can be canceled into any other move when it hits.

Up: Spearcoptor. Waddle Dee spins his spear quickly overhead like a helicopter damaging anyone that touches it. This makes him go straight up a small ways and then hover for a short time afterwards, going the direction pointed.

Final Smash: Avalanche. Waddle Dee stops where he is and looks up. After that he will run around wildly as boulders come crashing down onto the stage.[/collapse]

Sorry for the double post XD
This is the BigAxle's moveset, it's awesome and with this and the other movesets that we have, we can make a fusion of all of them and create the DEFINITIVE MOVESET!
The first question is: do you think that the definitive moveset needs the damage of any attack like "this attack does 7%", etc?

Bandana Dee! The Move set! By BigAxle!
Overall Play style-
Bandana Dee takes many of his attacks from Kirby's Copy Abilities like Spear and Sword. Waddle/Bandana Dee (as he is referred to both in this article) is a range character with many options to deal with opponents; however, he is a lightweight character that has trouble dealing with some heavier characters.
Weapons- Spear
Physics:
Idling- If Bandana Dee idles for long enough, he will fall asleep for a moment, but then wake right back up.
Jumps: 4- Jumps are similar to Kirby. Each jump covers less vertical space than the last, much like in the Kirby series.
Walk- An average pace of walking. About as fast as Dedede’s walk, but a bit faster.
Run- Almost as fast as Kirby’s run, but a bit slower (He’s holding a spear!)
Weight- Waddle Dee is slightly heavier than Kirby. Though he is still light in comparison to other characters.
Standard Attacks
Neutral Attack- Waddle Combo-First Hit-: Quick Jab, 3%. Second Hit, using the spear, to hit twice. First Hit is 3% and the second is 3%. Third Hit, delayed strike with the spear that does 5%, has strong knockback.
Forward Tilt- Soldier Lunge-A spear lunge. Has a rather delayed startup but is powerful. Does 8%.
Upward Tilt- Uprise Spear-Waddle Dee Thrusts his Spear up. Launches up the opponent just slightly. Does 6%.
Down Tilt- Lance Slam- Waddle Dee hammers his spear into the ground. If the attack lands onto the ground, a shockwave occurs that injures the opponent at 3%. If the lance contacts the opponent, it does 8%. If the lance
Dash Attack- Heavy Bash- Waddle Dee lunges and slams himself into the opponent. It’s similar to Jigglypuff’s dash attack, but slower. Does 6%.
Air Attacks
Neutral Air- Poser- Does a pose similar to King Dedede’s Neutral Aerial. Does 5%.
Forward Air- Arc Swing- Waddle Dee swings his spear at an arc. One Hit box. Does 6%.
Back Air- Backward Swing- Waddle Dee Thrusts his spear background. Has slight Meteor Smash Properties. Does 6%.
Up Air- Spear Twirl- Waddle Dee quickly twirls his spear. Has one hit box. Does 5%.
Down Air- Downward Thrust- Waddle Dee thrusts his spear downward. He travels almost straight down onto the ground. Does 4% in the air. When he lands, it does 7%.
Throws
Pummel Attack- Headbutt- Waddle Dee slams himself into the opponent. Does 2% per pummel.
Forward Throw- Spear Thrust- Waddle Dee thrusts his spear into the opponent and launches them. Does 8%.
Back Throw- Chuck- Similar to Kirby’s throw Ability, Waddle Dee chucks the opponent backwards at an arc. Does 12%.
Up Throw- Parasol- Waddle Dee pulls out a parasol and twirls the opponent on it. Does 8%.
Down Throw- Beam- Waddle Dee slams the opponent onto the ground, and uses a Beam staff to damage the opponent. Does 10%.
Smash Attacks
Forward Smash- Spear Thrust- Waddle Dee thrusts his spear forwards. Can be repeated for multiple strikes. Strikes do 7% uncharged, and 9% charged up.
Up Smash- Skyward Thrust- Waddle Dee thrusts his spear upwards. It has one hit box and cannot be repeated. Does 16% uncharged, 20% charged up.
Down Smash- Spear Circle- Waddle Dee spins his spear on the ground. Hits both sides. Does 13% uncharged, 17% charged up.
Special Moves
Neutral Special- Heavy Spear- Waddle Dee swings his spear at an arc. Can reflect projectiles. Does 10%.
Forward Special- Spear Throw- Waddle Dee throws a Spear at an arc of around 30 Degrees. The spear knocks anyone who gets hit slightly. It does around 13%.
Up Special- Spear Copter! - Waddle Dee throws his spear up and twirls it up like a helicopter.
-If used on the ground, it causes Waddle Dee to launch up like an uppercut move with a strong sweet spot. The sweet spot does 12%. Any other hits do 3% each.
-If used in air, there is no launch up, however; the move lasts longer and is a good recovery move horizontally as there is input for such. Waddle Dee slowly rises vertically. Each hit with the spear will do 4%.
Down Special- Megaton Punch- Chargeable. Think Wario’s Shake Fist from Wario Land Shake It, Or Project M. However, the Punch has less of a zone, and has hit boxes with higher area and will launch the opponent slightly. If charged too long, however, the punch shorts out and becomes weaker. An uncharged punch does 13%. A Semi charged does 15%. A fully charged does 22%. An overcharged punch does 2%.
Final Smash: Waddle Dee Vengeance- Waddle Dee pulls out a golden spear and hammers it into the ground. A shockwave occurs that results in a giant Waddle Dee landing on the ground and causing a huge earthquake. The earthquake will skyrocket anyone who is in range. The Golden Spear attack does no damage, but causes anyone who gets hit in a medium radius to be stuck. The Giant Waddle Dee does 30%.
Taunts
Up Taunt- Waddle Dee dozes off for a moment, then wakes up.
Down Taunt- Waddle Dee leans on his Spear for a shot moment.
Side Taunt- Waddle Dee waves at the screen.
Other Notes:
-When Waddle Dee guards, he pulls out a parasol to defend himself.

Bandanna Dee:
N Special: Spear Toss: Dee throws a spear. If charged, he throws three spears instead.
S Special: Parasol: Dee spins a parasol like his brethren in the Kirby games. Can reflect weak projectiles such as Fox's Blaster or Yoshi's Egg Toss.
U Special: Spear Copter: Dee spins his spear, sending him upwards.
D Special: Beam Blast: Dee orders a Waddle Doo to jump upwards and blast foes with beams from above.
FS: Megaton Punch: A three part FS. Like in Megaton Punch, if used with precise timing for each of the three parts, it becomes deadly.

Here's some music for Waddle Dee that you could add to the OP.
Really, my favorite tracks from RTDL, but whatevs.

More to come. Just my top 4 right here.

Edit: Aw man, the entire soundtrack is so amazing. It'll be tough narrowing it down, unless of course there is a way to post the entire OST on the OP...

Are you reading my mind?! :0
I was thinking in a music section for the OP! :D
And you have the exact same music that I was thinking except for this one:

I'm glad Megaton Punch isn't being overlooked. I really was doing a ton of research for my movesets!

Oh, and about the %s, they don't need to be added. Just was looking to make it more "official", ya know?

We need to wait for Louie G. 's moveset because we need it for the DEFINITIVE MOVESET!
:urg:
I'll have it by Friday, okay? 'Cuz I had church tonight and Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Edit: You know what? Why not throw together a quickie right now.

B: Triple Throw
Waddle Dee prepares to throw his spear like a javelin. Charging it until Waddle Dee flashes white results in the spear going farther and multiplying by 3.

Side B: Parasol Twirl
To represent his species, Waddle Dee runs forward and twirls an umbrella a few times.

Up B: Spear Copter
You know the drill.

Down B: Prism Shield
Waddle Dee pulls out this thing: http://kirby.wikia.com/wiki/Prism_Shield
It protects him from all attacks from above.

Final Smash: Megaton Punch
Waddle Dee jumps up and spins as time stops, crashing his fist into the ground with such force that it cracks it. All opponents on the ground take considerable damage and get stuck.

2nd Edit: I have ideas for Smash attacks and the like, but that'll be here eventually.

Down: Hop. He does his classic short hop doing damage to anyone hit, but this move can be canceled into any other move when it hits. 3%

Up: Spearcoptor. Waddle Dee spins his spear quickly overhead like a helicopter damaging anyone that touches it. This makes him go straight up a small ways and then hover for a short time afterwards, going the direction pointed. This move traps. First hits 1%. Last hit 3%

Final Smash: Avalanche. Waddle Dee stops where he is and looks up. After that he will run around wildly as boulders come crashing down onto the stage. 20% per boulder.

Taunts

Up: He falls down, picks himself up, and dusts himself off.

Side: He jumps beats the end of his spear on the ground.

Down: He covers his eyes for a moment then uncovers them while shaking as if he is scared.

Play Stile: Waddle Dee has incredible range, in fact the best in the game, along with low damage and knockback. This makes him great for combos. He relies little on grabs and aerial attacks, even having an aerial move that quickly gets you back to land, making it easier to get to grounded attacks. He has one special that can be used to camp to a small attack, and since he has a quick reflector he can usually keep other characters from camping too much. His down special is absolutely amazing for combos, being able to cancel into any move accept a grab or itself, though it can’t usually be used for ground attacks. He also has many finishers, such as his forward smash, and his forward and down smashes. All in all he does one thing and he does it well, combos.[/collapse]

Thank you guys :D
Well ,so the Friday will be the day to make the final moveset with elements of all the other movesets.

To differentiate, and as a student of polearms, either the low% ledge attack should be a scoop instead of a jab, or a scoop worked in to the neutral a (second hit) or ftilt (though I do like the tilting, destroying those short-hop approaches). Oh, and for his down-air, doesn't he spin while pointing down in Return to Dreamland~?
I approve this moveset, Toxicroaker!
Edit: F-tilt is great as an angleable jab, and the F-smash would seem a clone, why not have F-smash be a horizontal sweep like the ZSS F-smash (but hopefully not as bad and angleable up?)

Also, don't forget that Bandana Dee is a servant.
Do you think this can be used for his moveset?

I think it can work, but is not neccesary. What do you think, guys?

I think he can have a unique moveset without that role integrated into it. Maybe a taunt though?

Yeah, Waddle Dee carrying a tray and dropping it would be a fun taint IMO.
Moveset wise it's very unnecessary.
Yeah, a taunt is a good idea :D
Also, a taunt that NEEDS to be in is Waddle Dee adjusting his bandana.
He does that in all the games.

He does that in all the games.
And one where he dozes off, like in the Dream Collection intro.
Or he leans against his spear, only for it to fall over and Waddle Dee to lose his balance.
Lots of good taunt ideas, I must say.

One thing I like about Bandana Dee is that his moveset is so easy to come up with. The Kirby series would be fully rounded out if he were to become playable. But if that doesn't happen, I hope he appears as one of the Waddle Dees that King Dedede throws. When spawned, he could do a deadly spear combo.

So guys, if Boss Battles returns, what Kirby boss do you prefer?
A Classic one like Whispy Woods, Kracko or Heavy Lobster?
Or a Final Boss like Galacta-knight, Marx, Nightmare, Dark Matter or Magolor?
I will like to see Kracko, I always liked it.

Kracko or Dark Matter would be pretty nifty. Magalor is also acceptable if only to drive the importance of having Bandanna Dee.
