Easily a powerful Megaton Punch. BD would jump high into the air, and you move the crosshair where you want him to land. "Megaton Punch Ultra" sounds like a good name.

My idea-

Megaton Punch: Bandana Dee lunges his spear a short distance. Anyone who gets hit by it will fly into the air and land on the block from the Megaton Punch minigame. Bandana Dee will fly down punching, sending the opponents he caught into the air.

Here's my idea for a final smash:
Megaton Spear
The block thingies from the Megaton Punch appear and he lobs one forward.
Whoever gets hit gets trapped between the blocks.
Bandana Dee does a giant downwards spear stab, breaking the blocks and hurting the opponents.
Or something like that

Still though...its distracting. Not as bad as Ganondorf's face though. Which reminds me, they better give Bandanna Dee the Dedede Treatment with all the expressions. Dedede's face probably has more frames of animation than his whole moveset.
