Hey Dee-ciples of the Bandana, I've been gone for about a week, but glad to be back. Now that the leak is confirmed (imo), I feel like it's hard to tell what Is ahead. I hope he is one of the last 5, but with Ridley, DK rep, and veterans waiting, I'm kind of scared. That Impa/Wolf leak was looking pretty good, but who knows.
Btw, is it bad I didn't enjoy Triple Deluxe as much as I thought I would? It seemed way to easy. It seemed too simplistic imo. Without an EX run, I felt it was a little lacking. I loved the new features and returning copy abilities, but the lack of challenge was a let down for me. Am I the only one?
The Kirby franchise is meant to be an easy-to-play series. The franchise isn't focused specifically on hardcore platforming - to be honest, the game isn't focused much on platforming at all. The games are supposed to be showing the creative side of games, with a cute charm. The level design in the games, the music, the animations, models, textures, etc. are all very beautiful. At least in my opinion, Kirby games always seem to be one of the best looking games on a console. They take unique routes and always implement something new into the games - new features, characters, art styles... everything. If you want more of a challenge, then stop playing Kirby altogether. My sister, who is only five, loves the series. Her first game was Return to Dream Land, and she was actually able to play the game because of the simplistic controls, be able to go through a few levels because the game isn't insanely hard, and loved the games because of the cute charm of the whole game - characters, levels, enemies, and even the music. Also, creating a truly hard Kirby game would be a hefty task, as Kirby is generally overpowered. He has tons of Copy Abilities, all which are pretty much unfair, mostly used for traversing the stages. Kirby should much more be considered a puzzle game using platforming elements, because that's what it mostly is. I honestly hate seeing these kinds of comments, as it's never what the Kirby franchise is ever focused on. To be honest, you sound like IGN right now.
Hardest Kirby game is Dreamland 3 IMO, damn heart stars and glitch that makes it impossible to have 100% if you get everything in one go...
Dream Land 3 is actually really easy - the animal friends make the game a lot easier, as they have traits that basically allow you to go through levels in less than a minute. The only reason I would say that the game is "hard" is because there's no clear objective, as it doesn't tell you what to do at all. You're basically left guessing, but after you find out what you're actually doing, it really makes the game easy.
I know, but part of me wants a kirby game to be 84x harder than Dark Souls just so we laugh at everyone saying that Kirby is for the filthy casuals and shouldn't exsist.
Spot the difference
They only censored the Shotzo because it is depicted as shooting Kirby, which is the player. In America, there has been quite a lot of shooting incidents, which I don't think anybody needs to be reminded of. These accidents are tragic, and I don't think Nintendo, HAL, and Kirby as a whole would be getting a good reputation having a Shotzo aiming for the player. Also, to make matters worse, the game is marketed towards children, and after some events that have recently taken place, I don't think that having a Shotzo being shown shooting a child is really going to be a good idea.
Guys, what if Bandanna dee ends up being a Kirby clone?
This doesn't make any sense at all. Bandana Dee barely has any traits that relate to Kirby other than the fact that he has a similar body structure. Even with that, he can barely move like Kirby can, so it just wouldn't work. He can't fly, he doesn't inhale, he's never kicked anything, or punched anything. Most of Kirby's moves in Super Smash Bros. are based off of Copy Abilities, and Bandana Dee can't use Copy Abilities, either. I'm sure the creator of the Kirby franchise, and the person who introduced Copy Abilities is just going to let Bandana Dee take every single trait that actually makes Kirby unique and give them to him...

Onto a more positive note - it's time for me to attempt Kirby: Triple Deluxe's True Arena! After playing DeDeDe Tour, I know this won't be easy... I almost died on basically every single boss that I fought, except easier ones such as Flowery Woods, Paintra, and Kracko. After taking @

's advice, Pyribbot is a lot easier now. He actually leaves more time to attack him while he's in DX form, so that's a plus!
