It's crazy to think that I've been a part of the Bandana Dee Community for over 5 Years now. I was in the original OG 100 first Supporters. If that all pays off today I don't know how I'll feel.

I remember that I went to the library to go on six different computers for the smash ballot just to boost bandana waddle dee chance to be in smash. I hope it pays off!

I'd say his chances are pretty average today.

I say he's got a 95% chance to get into the game at all, but today I can see them giving the spotlight to the other three high-poll combatants (Isaac, Geno, Skull Kid).
Even if he doesn't show up today, I still expect to see him within the upcoming two months.

I feel Isaac and Dee are the biggest contenders for today. But I feel like Dee could also be next. Idk for sure though.
He’s a lock in my eyes so each announcement I just keep hoping I’m right.

Geno is too much of a hype character to be revealed in a general Direct. Bandy has some good chances because a casual Nintendo audience will recognise him (or at the very least, the Kirby series) while Geno is definitely more attached to the hardcore Smash community. I'm rooting for Dee but I won't be surprised if it ends up being Skull Kid and/or Isaac.

Yep, and it's pure conjecture. The color thing isn't even accurate to the character's colors, and the Monster Hunter image is just an attempt at a moster hunter-esque image. Hence the attempted 3D angle and the characters being swordsmen.

There definitely are hints. During the E3 direct, there was a ladder and barrel on a wooden wall in the background, which looked very out of place in such a modern office. The following Smash Direct, a new DK rep was announced at the end. During this direct (which was the last one), the barrels and ladder were replaced with a bookshelf and a couch with some cushions, which are much more normal. However, the cushions have an odd design (slightly reminiscent of Skull Kid), and they added purple and yellow chairs on the right side of the office. There is no way Sakurai did all of that by coincidence.

Fingers crossed for today, everyone. Given that there's a strong chance that we'll get news on wave three for Star Allies, I think he has a decent shot! But we'll just have to wait a bit longer and see.

Yeah, Dee is not getting announced today. It's more likely going to be Isaac or Skull Kid or a Pokemon.
I'll be on lookout for hints/possible deconfirmation.

btw you can't claim patterns exist if happens less then three times. You saying that hints exist is flat out wrong because you're trying to classify an, as of now, coincidence as a pattern.

Not sure. Wave 1 was announced in a direct, but then Wave 2 was spaced out. This DOES seem like the right time to announce wave 3 for a fall update though.

Fate is a strange thing indeed.
I was expecting Isabelle to be announced today but uhh
NOT AS A UNIQUE FIGHTER.
And the remaining characters decrease in number once more.

Competition is tight. Favourite faces, both new and old have joined the fray.
Will out Blue clad Warrior of Dreamland be part of the new ones? Or will older faces take priority alongside competition from the new ones?

I feel like there are only 3 unique newcomers remaining at best, but now is the time to remain resolute.
Until Dee’s been deconfirmed, or the last character is revealed, I’ll keep hope.

I am absolutely shocked in some of the absolute best possible ways and in some of the most disappointing. I was NOT expecting what we got. Can someone direct to me to the support thread for Isabelle? I want to go ahead and congratulate her supporters. I thought for sure she was an Echo Fighter at first, but it looks like she's a semiclone, which is still pretty cool. She looks like one of the most unique semi-clones. Her trailer was pretty great. Also Crystal Chronicles HD without the stupid GBA Link Cable gimmick is legitimately the best thing ever, especially with online play oh my gods I am so hyped!!

Ahem... that said, Bandana Dee is NOT disconfirmed. Hold strong, Bandana Brigade, for hope will never die!
