Approximate U-throw KO %'s (without DI) for Brawl PAL

I hoped it wouldn't have differences between Brawl NTSC and Brawl PAL unlike Melee, but, while I was testing the MK attacks KO %'s, I discovered that the KO %'s for Metaknight's U-Throw without DI are greater in Brawl PAL than in Brawl NTSC.

So, imitating the -Affinity-'s thread, I tested the necesary % to kill all the characters in the middle of Final Destination, in Vs. Mode, without DI and counting on the attack power decay.

In bold letters, the % for Brawl PAL. Between parenthesis, the % for Brawl NTSC. The numbers in the right side of the parenthesis are the difference between Brawl PAL KO %'s and Brawl NTSC KO %'s (always greater in Brawl PAL)

No, I mean what do does PAL and NTSC stand for? Are they different versions of the game?

How does that affect us though, since its unlikely any of us play people from europe...?

Great work!!! Now, the most interesting thing to do next would be to do this in the center of battlefiend with DI (because it's the map in which us mk use it most).
I know that it should be very boring to do, but if you don't mind, please do it^^.

150% is a guaranteed kill with DI for almost any character (because mk goes on the highest platform even if you grab from the floor.)... And it could be even less (didn't tested the exact percents... That's what I'm asking Maleboocado to do, if he it doesn't bother him too much.

So, yeah, I'm pretty sure ;p.

how can brawl NTSC and PAL have different KO %'s

people with NTSC and PAL brawl can wifi each other, so are you suggesting that in a game, the person playing on a PAL console will KO an enemy MK later than the NTSC player will? how would the game determine which settings it is going to use lol...
