My role PM mentions nothing of a "greater threat" so I'm gonna assume it depends on the characters. Mine is an Attack on Titan one.
If I had to guess, I'd bet on a 3rd party Serial Killer, possibly more OP than what we have seen on the previous games.

Also, I'll say it again to the mayor: claim it, for the love of god.
We need someone we can trust for Night 1 or else Mafia has an advantage due to we not knowing who to trust.

Well, now that Opo has said that he also has the greater threat on his role, and I doubt that both are Angel Beats characters, I don't know of how much use this info might be, but here it is nonetheless

This is for what I read, so I don't know how correct this info is. First things first, Shishoe is correct, the anime is about the limbo people go when the die.

Angel isn't the main character, and she seems to clash with a society which tries to restore the normal state of the academy and try to fight God.

I honestly don't know if Angel should be town, being a character with many fighting abilities and clashing with the MC. She's allied with God after all, so that can't be the bigger threat.

Then we have some subplot of Shadows which also tries to stop the MC from doing his job. This could be the one, but again, this is speculation just based on one character.

So yeah, if it's not the last thing on the spoiler, I'm guessing it's the devil. I honestly want it to be some kind of devil, so I can make DMC jokes (It had an anime, a ****ty one from what I've heard, but an anime nonetheless).
