Luffy Move set
Gimmicks:
Haki: He has 3 forms of Haki
Conquerors Haki: Parrying an attack causes a giant wave to be released from luffy that stuns opponents
Observation Haki: Dodging an attack at the right moment causes Luffy to go farther, This works like Mythra's Foresight
Armament Haki: Luffy takes less damage and has a chance of dealing more damage
Jab: 2 punches and a kick followed by Gum Gum Gatling, A rapid fire hit of punches
Side Smash: Elephant Gun, Luffy blows into his thumb, his arm becomes larger and infuses it with Armament Haki and Hits forward with the empowered Fist
Up Smash: Gum gum Rifle, Luffy Winds his fist up and punches upwards
Down Smash: Gum Gum Battle Axe, Luffy Lifts his leg up and slams it into the ground
Neutral-B: Gum Gum Pistol/Jet Pistol, Luffy Stretches his arm forwards, similar physics to min mins punches, If the button is held you get the normal version of Pistol, if you tap it you get jet pistol which is significantly faster
Side-B: Gum Gum Bazooka, Luffy slams both hands forwards, it has a lot of knockback but not a lot of damage
Up-B: Gum Gum Rocket/Hook, Luffy Launches himself upwards with his hands, in the air luffy stretches his arm out to latch on to the ledge
Down-B: Gum Gum Balloon, Luffy Inflates himself and reflects projectiles that hit his body
Final Smash: King Kong Gun, Luffy bites his arm and becomes Gear Four Boundman, He charges forwards and it enters a cutscene where his arm becomes absolutely massive and punches downwards onto the opponents who were hit by the charge

Here's my Luffy moveset
Jab: Gum Gum Gattling
For the first hit, he punches forward, for the second hit he kicks ahead, and then this leads into a rapid jab where he rapidly punches forward a bunch of times

Up Smash:
He stretches his arms upwards and punches directly above him then quickly snaps them back. His arms are stretched about three times his body length when he does this.
Side Smash:
Essentially the up smash, but he punches forward instead of upwards
Down Smash:
He leans downward then does a long, outstretched kick forward on the ground. The kick then snaps backwards and hits behind him as well.
Up Tilt:
He does the same thing as the up smash, but much quicker and with his arms less stretched
Side Tilt:
Stretches his arm out a bit with his elbow forward. His elbow acts as a hitbox.
Down Tilt: Gum Gum Battle-Axe
He stretches his leg upwards, then snaps it downwards and hits the ground. When he does this it hits on both sides from him.
Neutral Air:
He extends his legs out and then flips once, with his legs acting as a hitbox.
Neutral Special: Gum Gum Pistol/Gum Gum Red Hawk

Here is a Sailor Moon moveset
Moveset submissions and the newcomer poll will end in a couple of hours!
Neutral B - Moon Tiara Magic
Sailor Moon will grab her tiara and turn it into a energy disk. She will then throw it across the stage like a boomerang to hit opponents.
Side B - Moon Twilight Flash
Sailor Moon will begin to charge up her tiara’s red gem stone, absorbing light from the moon. When unleashed from the stone, a beam of moonlight will be launched out.
Up B - Sailor Planet Attack
Sailor Moon will spin around, encasing herself into a bubble of energy, while floating up into the air. She will then turn pink and ram into the nearest fighter, causing an explosion.
Down B - Sonic Cry
Sailor Moon will look overwhelmed and bend her head down. She will unleash sonic waves by the sound of her voice, out of her odango covers.
Final Smash - Silver Crystal
Sailor Moon will summon her moon stick and spin it around the stage, catching fighters. A scene will play showing the silver crystal unfolding like a flower and summoning the inner Sailor Soldiers and their own moon sticks. Sailor Moon transforms into Princess Serenity and summons all their powers together, unleashing a huge orb of energy. The trapped opponents will begin to take a lot of damage and be knocked off the stage.

Thousand Sunny
This stage is a profile view of the sunny, The masts are platforms, In the background you can see all of the members of the Straw Hats including Fishman Island Spoilers Jimbe, The stage bobs and weaves as it goes along, and occasionally the Ship will take off into the air, you can also see other ships in the background like the Going Luffy-Senpai, Perfume Yuda, Moby **** and many other ships may appear in the background.

My submission for Luffy’s stage will be Marineford
You play on a platform of ice with a gigantic battle raging in the background. The ice doesn’t have any slippery effects though. The platform is essentially a smaller version of Battlefield. I imagine the layout would look like this:
Occasionally, either Akainu or Aokiji will show up.

If Aokiji shows up he will use his ice powers to make the platform much larger and have more area. If Akainu shows up he throw magma which will melt away a bit of the ice and turn it to rock. This will also make the additions to the stage disappear. Sometimes he will throw magma at one of the platforms on the stage and that will make it disappear, until Akainu shows up again.
There would be lots of cameos in the background to reference the scale of the marineford battle. Some of these characters would appear in each match (unless the stage is on the final destination/battlefield form) Here are some ideas for a list of characters who would appear. It would probably have to use lower quality models to save time:

Job #17: Crystal Palace (Sailor Moon)
The stage takes place right outside the Crystal Palace. For the stage hazard, the columns in the front could be breakable. Any fighter under the columns when they fall would be hit by the falling debris and take a lot of damage. Sailor Venus, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Jupiter would all make cameos in the background to watch the fight. The Crystal Palace is an important part of the series and the future.
Stage submissions will end in a few hours!

Shrek
Shrek has possibly became one of THE most popular characters in animated film, being part of one of the most successful animated film franchises and still having a cultural impact in the modern age to warrant a spot at the national film registry (no really), as the mascot of DreamWorks animations he should warrant a slot on this roster.
Naturally he is a heavy weight and would be a unique fighter using his signature pungent stench to stun fighters before using some professional wrestling moves on his opponents, he could be this games bowser if I'm telling you correctly. Since he also has a fighting game of is own in Shrek Superslam we could also lift some moves from that as well with an assist from his buddy Donkey maybe. This character has loads of potential is what I'm saying
My submission will be Aladdin
The main character of one of the most beloved Disney movies, Aladdin would fight with his sword and with his thievery skills. He could also use the genie for some of his attacks.
I feel like we should add at least one character from a classic disney movie, and Aladdin would be the best IMO because of how unique his playstyle and moveset would be.

It would be pretty funny to play as a race car beating up opponents on the stage. He could use the weapons from the Cars 2 video game like machine guns and homing missiles as well more.
He would be an unexpected choice as a fighter.

He could also use the minions in his moveset, for attacks and a shield. Despicable Me is a really iconic and markable series. It’s also the highest grossing animated franchise, getting bigger numbers with each film.

Technically a Comic Character, but Miles Morales. Miles is the main protagonist of Into The Spiderverse, and is from the most visually impressive film (that isn’t objectively bad in literally every other way) of the last five years. Him being Spider-Man gives him some unique moveset potential, so let’s take a look!:
Webslinging Grappler!
Miles is a Rushdown Grappler with amazing movement and Combos, but is even lighter than Bruno (he’s canonically very short and just as Skinny, if not Skinnier).
Neutral Special is the Web Shoot! He’s Spider-Man, of course he’s going to have this. He shoots some web, the opponent gets Stuck, press B right after to swing straight towards them.
Side Special is Websling! This doesn’t put him into Freefall, and is his main mobility tool. He can Spam it, but not off stage. Hi s Up Special isn’t a Recovery for this very reason.

Other things. His Colors all reference other iterations Spider-Man, but unlike the rest of the Humans, his Skin Tone doesn’t change. He’d Black, and while I personally wouldn’t mind, others would, so I would fo this to avoid the controversy. He also has his Face Visible at all times. Why would you care about a secret identity when in other Universes anyways? That and the fact that this is Spider-Man. This was on the simpler side moveset wise, but this is also Spider-Man. There’s not really a lot you can do, and the Webslinging, and really good Air Speed conveys the mobility goal perfectly!!!!!
His Stand is Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Multiversal Crossover event! He can summon up to two of himself to help him fight! He can also use an Instakill on Side Smash. Fun! His Favorite Food is a Burger, as a reference to the Restaurant Scene with Peter. Donald Duck gets Orange Juice as a food, while getting Magicians Red as a Stand. Fire Bird fits fiery duck. It’s Smash Attacks are an exploding projectile. Nice!
Webslinging Grappler!
Miles is a Rushdown Grappler with amazing movement and Combos, but is even lighter than Bruno (he’s canonically very short and just as Skinny, if not Skinnier).
Neutral Special is the Web Shoot! He’s Spider-Man, of course he’s going to have this. He shoots some web, the opponent gets Stuck, press B right after to swing straight towards them.
Side Special is Websling! This doesn’t put him into Freefall, and is his main mobility tool. He can Spam it, but not off stage. Hi s Up Special isn’t a Recovery for this very reason.

Onion (Shrek)
Like ogres, onions have layers, each layer is different from the rest. Onions are a variable consumable item that can be consumed a total of 5-8 times, they can give a variety of effects:
Healing 5 HP
Causing you to launch a stunning burp attack
Stunning you temporarily
Give you stun immunity
Fill a part of the smash meter
Cause you to sleep
With these various random layers the Onion can either be a good last resort or a nice joke.

Since someone is suggesting an onion as an item, I feel I should go and talk about Food and Stand belonging to Shrek. Food wise it’s either the Onions of Eyeballs imo, but considering the age rating, the Onions are an infinitely better idea. And the Stand of Shrek is Ratt. He shoots a poisonous dart that will melt the opponent and leave them in a bury like State. Replaces all Smash Attacks.

When summoned, fighters can drag the dynamite and move it anywhere across the stage. When someone pushes the lever, the dynamite will immediately explode, knocking back fighters. It will also explode if it gets hit, even while being carried.
