Get her to 30 in any way you can and up throw > uair and know how to do the combo tree. If she DIs away from the throw & the uair, you can regrab and then u-throw > ??? again. If she doesn't DI the throw I think nair is better because it has more stun so you can sometimes do cool stuff after it. But if you're lazy just uair and spam more uair.

Edgeguard her poof lag with knee, or stomp > knee. Other stuff works but those should be your staples.
