Riley, he's not actually legendary i just meant all of the at wisewood are like huge scrubs, the anime club hosts tournaments each year (or at least did when i went there), but if you won you weren't allowed to enter the next year. it was kind of bs. so I won in gr10 and gr12, but wasn't allowed ot enter in gr11

just as an example, someone who doesn't play smash at all can never beat carl.

but someone like victor (obviously not as good as carl) can beat carl once every x amount of games.
