Ok, first of all, you have no idea how difficult this is. If I want to make it to a friday smashfest, I need to able to inform my parents by around 4 on Friday. So I have 2 1/2 hours after school to find out whats happening. This in itself isn't hard, but what is hard is knowing who the hell is going to be there, where we are actually going to be, what time I can get picked up, and who is leaving the fest at which time. It is virtually impossible to know all of this the way smashfests are carried out currently, so I go into anchorage with the assumption that someone will be able to provide a place to stay for a friend, I'll even pay rent if their parents want me to. Generally most peoples parents have seemed cool with me staying the night without too much prior notice since I live so far away and there is nothing else for me to do. In order for me to plan where I'm going to stay, I need to actually know whats going to happen, which isn't usually the case. And about the whole inconsiderate thing, I would say that I am one of the most polite people in the community to others parents, and I really don't think that spending the night without warning is even comparable to screaming obscenities and keeping parents up all night.
Mike, maybe if you wanted to talk to kira you shouldn't insist that you were going to have sex with her later AND that you didn't like her emotionally. Kira is my friend too and it ****ing pisses me off that you would be that disrespectful to her. If I wasn't allowed to stay at your house, TELL ME THAT, don't say that the only reason I can't come over is because you're going to take advantage of Kira. All you said on the phone was "you can't come over man, you would be **** blocking me!". For me, thats a reason I SHOULD come over, because I don't like the ideas of the repercussions that would have. If you want sex without emotion go get a ****ing hooker dude.
Also, you just about ****ing physically assaulted me, a 110 pound guy, which really makes me question your mental stability and anger control.
Who the hell are you to say if I can or can't come to a smashfest, I've had enough of you acting like you are the main head boss of the smash community. No one is the leader, you give people rides, but what you fail to see is that YOU ARE GOING TO THE SAME PLACE. Many people even tip you for any gas money you spent going out of your way. Additionally, the smashfest is usually more enjoyable when more people are there so you get THAT benefit as well!
I plan on asking around if people are able to have me stay the night like I did when I first started actively coming from now on, but as I said earlier I can't exactly plan specifically unless there is a solid plan for the fest.
Hmmmm, this reminds me of the time when you TOLD A JESUS JOKE TO HER DEVOUT CHRISTIAN PARENTS, INTENTIONALLY TROLLING HER FATHER. We weren't even allowed to have smashfests PERIOD for a bit after that, followed by you being banned from her house for another couple weeks. I'm sure her parents will still let people stay the night in the future to go to church on sunday or whatever.
I had just come from a fest at caleb's, I'm sure it wasn't too bad having someone call 20 minutes after everyone left. Also, for the record, I did not go to Mike's out of jealousy, I went out of concern for a friend.
Anyways, my bad for not finding a place to stay, but I have to say that this is the FIRST time this has happened and I've been coming almost every single week for the last couple months, so don't get too mad at me for building up confidence that I can find somewhere to stay.
Anyways, I hope this doesn't affect anything, whats past is past. I wouldn't care if Mike and Kira hooked up because they actually felt for each other, I just feel like Mike was taking advantage of her, and if he wasn't he should have just ****ing told me instead of repeating that he was "just trying to collect her V card" and similar things the whole car ride to Matt's, making me more and more confident that I had done the right thing. I'm not one to hold any sort of grudge and I don't have anything against you if you don't repeat the stuff that you've done. Hopefully you won't ban me from Smashmas.
Also, had a good time this weekend in general, some very interesting experiences and whatnot, truly a weekend that will stay in my memory for a while, which I consider a very successful weekend. I just wish I had gotten to play Brawl+
Eh, at least we played some NSMBW at Arthur's.

..........Was what I was going to post (It was an exact copy of what Mike wanted me to post here), but I thought about it and I really am sorry for any troubles I caused this weekend, especially to Kira and Mike. From now on I'm going to announce to everyone at the smashfest who I'm staying with, or just post it on the boards or something. I apologize for any yelling-ats you guys got because of me, and I'm going to be personally apologizing to your parents next time I see them. I still can't be sure that Mike wasn't going to take advantage of Kira, and I hope he really was just messing around (although that would really piss me off too because that's the main reason I went over there). Anyways, lastly I want to thank Matt S for giving me a place to stay when this happened. I also got to watch some good shows while there.
And Kira, I've just had lots of people that were friends with me have something like this happen to them, and I'm not going to tell you not to do anything you actually want to do. I just hate seeing Alpha Males strategies do wel (especially when they don't like the person emotionally), it's depressing and I would think you wouldn't be the kind of person to fall for that.

If its so hard to get out here and you are forced to lie to your parents and depend on other people, I think it would be a good idea to not come so often. Hell, I live in Anchorage and may be the most centralised person in terms of the smash community and I sit out on fests all the time.

Dude, I wrote an apology and it was heartfelt, I actually added in the first part afterwards to give it a lighter tone. From now on I'm bringing my deep winter sleeping bag and a pad with me so I can go sleep outside if no one can house me, that thing is warm at like -20. Also it would be very interesting to sleep outside in Anchorage lol..........hopefully I don't get mugged. I'll still try and find a place to stay before heading out but this way I don't get anyone in trouble if it just doesn't work out. Don't worry about me I'm almost an Eagle Scout lol I can sleep outside.
Also, what are you talking about tricking my parents caleb, every weekend I just tell them "Don't worry I'll find someplace to stay"

Errrr.....didn't you sleep in your truck without a sleeping bag for like two weeks? I'd rather be outside in a Deep Winter Sleeping Bag + a pad than in an uninsulated car. Worst case scenario I get snowed on or mugged, but that would just mean more interesting things in my life. Anyways, I already said I would find places to stay before going to smashfests, although thats going to be because I don't really want to sleep outside all that much. You can't ban people, this is a competitive community not a private club.
