I never said anything against you at all, I just said we should bring some extra money. You know I can devote myself to **** look at Brawl+. I'm currently starting a fighting games club at my school and I had to ask 90% of the teachers in the school before I found a sponsor. I can accept you as a leader because I know that it's not a "I'm better than you so I get to lead" thing. We need a main leader is all, because if we don't assign one we get power struggles which leads to chaos and failure.
I'm with this 100%, I just did the math and I believe that it's going to cost more than you think.
Also with the SUV situation it's a "maybe probably no"
EDIT: I'm gonna be pissed if someone is like "Geez Matt sure is kissing Mikes ***" because thats stupid and immature.
Also I'm already expecting a post saying exactly that from Jason just because I said not to say it.

im saying ur math is way out of line. 300 should be BASE cost for anybody, if they wanna bring more, its fine. however, keep in mind that we have 6 months to save money, so if you save 100 per month, thtas 600 dollars...
regardless, if you're going and under 18, me, kira and james are still gonna talk to ur parents anyways.
hopefully, we wont need ur SUV if Watt's friend brings his van... jason says if he bugs his parents about it he might get the truck, either way anything thats not watt's car will be better than watt's car

IDK Mike, with orry's Gas mileage we could save some major money.
Also he has good music.
And please show you the math you did to find out that we need 300 each since I showed you my math why it will be at least $221 pp for gas if we get 14 mpg.
This isn't a challenge, I'm legitimately curious why you don't see my math as correct and how you ended up with such a low gas cost.

with all the money you guys are willing to spend on a semi decent turn out tournament, why dont you just spend the extra 10 bucks and buy yourselves a plane ticket to pound4, where the big kids play =D
im pretty sure itll cost about the same money, and you get to sit in a plane and fly across country instead of in the backseat of a car for a week.

i dont think anyone has the money right now for plane ticket to the east coast. pound 4s in a month 1/2 and canada tourny's during the summer so more time to plan out and save money.

*Rounds 1 & 2 will be set at 10-12 minutes, Later rounds will have a 15 minute time limit! All events will now be double
elimination.
Team Slayer (2v2 & 4v4)
• Score to Win: 50
• Weapons on Map: Rifles
• Camo / Shields / Invisibility: Off
• Vehicles: Mongooses Only
• Starting Weapon: Battle Rifle
• Host will be Random in Qualifying Rounds, but will alternate.
• Using stats from the Qualifiers, Host will be given to the Higher Seeded Team, but will also alternate.
• Swords: On (Swords are less effective in Halo 3 than in Halo 2)
Free for All:
• Score to Win: Unlimited
• Weapons on Map: Map Default
• Camo / Shields / Invisibility: Off
• Vehicles: Mongooses Only
• Starting Weapon: Battle Rifle

• No touching consoles without a TD present, players who do so will be disqualified (This rule is enforced to protect

• Players must report within 5 mins of posted start time or will be disqualified.

Guys, you need to post more in the AKG forums so they know we are an active community. How about we post smashfest locations and times every week there.
