tiers dont matter at lower levels of play because im at lower level of play in brawl and my bowser/pit easily beats well established high tier mains like brad(marth) and kazu(gnw) with out knowledge of the match ups so skill>tiers at low levels of play.

erm.......having no bad matchups is why he's top tier. If you beleive matchups exist you also beleive tiers exist you just don't realize it.

In a way matchups ARE tiers, in some games more literally than in others.
