There are approximately 212,113 people living in Birmingham as of 2013. As of the 2010 census 22.3% of those people are Caucasian. Probably 12 of those people play smash. 13 if we're pushing it

ran a 50 person PM bracket, an 80 person melee bracket concurrently with a 22 team smash 4 doubles bracket, and then a 70 person smash 4 bracket concurrently with a melee doubles bracket. All without a hitch and nearly on schedule. Top tier TOs for sure.
Let's keep Birmingham Brawl this big! Seems like this tournament keeps growing exponentially.

Yeah Corrin and Bayo legal for BIO. I'll give final word on Bayonetta's stage legality on Thursday but I'm 90% sure it will be banned for at least this BIO just to be safe.
