Hi. My name's Affinity.

I've been releasing these hack packs of mine for a while now, so I figured I should make a thread for it due to the enormous positive response I've gotten back over time. It includes codes, stage textures, custom music, and much more.

Nothing in this pack affects gameplay.​

I'm glad you asked! It's basically broken down into these sections:

FAQ

Q: The music in your pack is messed up! It plays for a little bit, then becomes all staticy. What do I do???

A: Defrag your SD Card.


Q: I'm following all your instructions perfectly, but some hacks still aren't working, no matter how many times I try. What's going on???

A: Make sure your SD card is 2GB or less. Anything more will cause you issues.

I really got amazed with the wise codeset used, stage texture selection, great music, menu texture and cusntom CSS and SSS, and more important, the strap screen! the really handy homebrew apps (Homebrew Browser really made my day!).

can you tell me the fd texture you used to I can dl it? i didn't feel like replacing my old one because I liked it but now I notice you have preview pics in stage select so now fd looks bad and I wanna change it to yours

Create a second folder.... call it vb, whenever you wanna switch to vb, change the name of your current pf folder to bp (Brawl+) and then change vb to pf. Switch the GCTs (always keep one in the root of your SD Card).

This is a good temporary solution and this is what I do.

Make your own GCT. His only has like 8 codes that are easily found.

I made my own BBrawl pack this way.

This got me kinda addicted to downloading these things now....other peoples packages. Are there any more like this? I'm sure this might be one of the more professional ones....but I hate arranging my stuff...it takes hours sorting music / textures / downloading and I wouldn't mind downloading other peoples stuff if it's premade and taking a gander at what they do....my question is...where can I find more threads like this?

None of the legal stage textures are too distracting for tournament. Trust me.

Just downloaded the pack, but for some reason the codes aren't applying. I checked to make sure the order of everything on the root of the SD card was correct (I think).

This is the structure of my card


SD card root
apps- cheatmanager/gecko/homebrew_browser/MP3 video player
codes- RSBE01.gct
txtcodes- Super smash bros brawl (text file)
pf- info2/menu/menu2/private/sound/stage
gameconfig (text file)

And within the private folder it goes "private>wii>app>RSBE01.gct"


Did I make any errors to prevent the codes from applying correctly?

Your problem's in your private folder, which should be in the root. It should look something like this:

private > wii > app > RSBE > pf > (Sound/Stage/info2/menu/menu2)
