Regionals should definitely be done before Singles, imo. And for such a long tournament (4 days) it'd be beneficial if people are free from school a couple of days before and after the tournament, so that foreigners can be housed etc.

-_-' What do you think? Why not both?
I would, but not until there isn't a date yet. And of course because if I would, the mods would have to go to international community and see BF's spam thread. If this is going to be that big, why don't you post it in tournament discussion instead of regional zones?
We <3 Jam5I wanna come whenever it is =] Sign me up ^_^
+ I agree with JD, or better yet, Japanese stage rules =p
Brawl won't be out in the launch window of the Wii which is usually about 6 months so I'm thinking it's not gonna be seen till late q3 or q4 next year =s <3
I love dutchies =O
I'll discuss this stuff with the other hosts asap ^^Sign me and Remen up.
Few issues:
1. I suggest you do crews and regionals earlier, so they actually happen. Maybe put them on the third day and low tier on the fourth.
2. Why isn't Fountain of Dreams on in the random select? I you wanna go Japanese rules Pokémon Stadium should be off as well.
3. Dates. It's much too early for me (and many other people probably too) to say which of those dates I can make. During the Christmas holidays or summer vacation would probably be best for me, though the latter is quite far away from now. Universities don't really guarantee any other free days. :x
Ok, true.Regionals should definitely be done before Singles, imo. And for such a long tournament (4 days) it'd be beneficial if people are free from school a couple of days before and after the tournament, so that foreigners can be housed etc.
japanese stages + stadium = top rule.
Why not, even Ros3 had low tier singles and regular teams on the same dayWTF smashboards is being lame. I can't edit my posts :/
Anyway, Jeffz0r, crews and regionals don't have to be on the same day.
+
2 tourneys on day 1 won't work
You misunderstood me. I said, 2 tourneys on day 1 won't work, not 2 tourney on 1 day.Why not, even Ros3 had low tier singles and regular teams on the same day![]()
Huh :S?You misunderstood me. I said, 2 tourneys on day 1 won't work, not 2 tourney on 1 day.
And yeah, Chris, sleeping @ the venue would be teh shiz
Lol, you're the one who always refuses to play low tier XDI think your main priority should be making sure people actually show up for all days
What's wrong with you lame dutchies only playing in singles, or teams, or something like that. Make sure to get a venue where everyone can stay over ftw
Na RoS3? Nou als jij een tijdmachine bouwt....Incoming!
Woosh!
Boom!
Z_N-Freak is in place!
Kmeld me dus aan
Dit gaat echt kicken worden zeg
Maar ehm. Kunnen we niet mss gewoon en in de kerstvakantie en na Ros3 een tournement houden
Hoe meer hoe beter niet?![]()
I second that! Then hold a small dutch tournement for the smash addicts that live in the province Utrecht(me! me! me! )
