It's just a renamed file, however he was just changing the region code as well from NTSC-J to PAL.

Is it really hard to wait ONE month? Time goes pretty fast

Well, I guess it MIGHT be true since game stores get their stock often in advance, it's not that hard to swipe a disc without anyone noticing, and then ripping it, still highly doubtful.
