Yeah I'll be recording. I'll have better quality vids this time, I figured out why my vids on youtube turned out so ****ty.

if you're recording uncompressed, make sure you have plenty of disk space

it's probably a codec issue

i use xvid, which is probably the most common (.avi of course)

If you haven't figured it out already, I was being sarcastic about the uncompressed AVI. Anyway, if you're desperated to get it to work on youtube, the safest format is probably MPEG4, but those are rather big.

recording uncompressed is the best way to ensure quality, no skips, and sound sync if you don't have a beastly processor

but yes, individual videos can be like 10 GB

when taking barlw vids (gross) off my wii, I record uncompressed, then compress it later since I can afford to do it one at a time
