you guys cant get mad at hungry for not wanting a match against a different player than he is supposed to play. that isnt fair at all. he didnt work his way to that point so how can he possibly play for somebody else. TBP is a great player, and he pwned hungah. but it was an illegal match nonetheless, how can you be mad. so basically your making fun of him cuz he lost (everyone loses) and because he didnt want to accept an illegal match? not really sure where you guys are coming from. stop bashing on him. he doesnt even talk crap anymore which was his only negative aspect. if i was hungah i would have done the same thing. i wouldnt have let the match count. is comepletey illegal and unfair. i mean in that case next time i enter i'm just going to "go home and work on some homework" while M2K comes in and plays for me. tell me how thats ANY different from what happened. wouldnt you be like, "fvck that, im playing you hiroshi"....peace

Hiroshi has got a really good point.

But at FC, in my second pools. I had to fight Caveman and some other people. I beat everyone in my pool 2-0, so next pool is 3rd pools. And now I'm in third pools, and Caveman is in a diff pool. He gets enough points to make it out, and mathos in his pool had 5th seed which only 4 people can get out. So he wouldn't of made it out of pools. But Caveman was leaving early and was going to miss his ride back to Texas so he had to leave. So Mathos took his spot in the tournament. So in the first round of the singles Bracket I had to fight Mathos....



So if this took place at FCD.... It can't be illegal.

Therefore, the match should of count.

So if this happens again, try to inform some people about it so I can bring this info to you when it is taking place.

Hungry was lucky to play TBP, because Dop would have just 3 stocked him anyway.
I had to play Dop knowing he had to leave early, we still played... I lost, and even tho the KID IS IN MY OWN CREW. I still accepted it.

no your wrong shiz. thats not what happened at gigs. it was ok at FC because mathos was the next up in pools so he takes the spot. but hungry had to play dop 2 rounds into singles. there is no one to take his spot legally. shiz, your logic is completey wrong and isnt related to what happened at gigs.

cash mooney, it was illegal, if they played it or not, it wasnt a match on the tourney bracket, so at most, it would have to be a friendly...peace

everything in this game takes skill, jigglypuff requires skill to use if you lose to a jiggs its because the jiggs is better, the character doesnt make any one player any better or worse (other than the limit of the characters abilities, ease of use is a non-factor)

The only thing that doesnt take skill is peach, when she fights ice climbers.

If you were past that you'd think that waiting for brawl in order to get better is ********. There are things you learn from playing games competitively that you can learn with anything. Playing smash will improve your tech skill maybe but you can play almost any competitive game to learn how to be a better player.

except for the fact i have to drive and 2 hours to get near any tourney

the closest people near me are exarch,derf,etc

and thats still an hour and 30 mniutes

so where i am now is rly hard to get better

all i do is play lvl 1's and w/e
