8-bit Mario; remember how you started (Yes, this is serious.)

Everyone knows who 8-bit Mario is, so I'm going to skip the formalities and get to the meat:

Why should he be in Smash?
Because he could an unexpected retro rep in regards to how we see retro reps.

But we already have two Marios!
Yes, but they're both the same character. 8-bit Mario IS just Mario, but pixelly. However, he can be different from Mario in a few ways.

Well, how can he be different?
Look no further than a potential moveset I found on DeviantArt that details how an 8-bit Mario moveset could feasibly work.
