V-K linked the correct site, currently they are taking orders again directly from there (was a long time you had to go to ebay and such).
the free applet needed to work with it is called wiird.

@css: it doesnt work too well because the giga and company etc codes arent ported. and it freezes quite often.

Wow PaprikaKiller you rock, thanks for making these. Is this up to date btw? I'm wondering where the code is for the colour change of shields (like the way it is in Brawl +) assuming it has been made for PAL.

I was also wondering where I can find a working PAL code for unrestricted camera? I've seen a couple here and there, but they don't work properly. When you zoom out, then start playing again, the camera stays zoomed out.

Also, I think this thread should be stickied. :bigthumbu

coloured shields isn't ported yet. why do poeple keep aksing for this code anyway? I'd expected that file replacement 3.2 would get a lot more attention :p

I guess that's because the colored shields seems a little code easier to port, and it's awesome.
But of course, File Replacement 3.2 >>>>>>>>>> the others.

Btw, what about it? It's been long ago since v3.5.1 and we have nothing yet :(

At least PSA works fine for PAL.

File replacement code (texture code) 2.1a works fine so whoever told you that is wrong.
I downloaded the PAL Brawl + code from here Works fine, although I don't get the custom shield colours (I've seen a match between 2 Australian's and they had the custom shield colour, although it is possible they had a NTSC copy of the game) and the custom character select screen (able to choose squirtle ect on the character select screen) doesn't work for me (should it?). AND texture hacks don't work.

(Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask) Hrrrm. Long story short, I know how to put texture hacks on, but I don't the very first steps of it (the code manager part). Since texture hacks don't work for me, basically I would like to know if I can "insert" the RSBP01.gct file (which has all the PAL Brawl + codes in it) into code manager and then simply put in the PAL texture hack code from here. Instead of having to add each code one by one, in which case I'll run the risk of not having a "correct" Brawl +.

EDIT: I read that in Brawl +, if you increase the handicap, it will increase the buffering. 100% handicap being the default amount of buffering (like it is in normal Brawl). I did this and it didn't seem to work, my health was at 100% (which I'm pretty sure isn't intented, start each stock at 100 just to have the default amount of buffering in case someone wants it?).

It shouldnt. There is a PAL version of that code but its still buggy and crashes the game or causes graphical glitches.

You can do that by opening the 4.1 plusery .txt file (DL link at the end of my post), you cant add codes to .gct files.

LOL, the PAL version doesnt have that code yet (and many others...) so thats not going to work, it'll just increase the handicap resulting in you starting the match with higher percents than normal :p

I have the txt on my mediafire account, several people have asked for the txt file already. It was supposed to be on official mediafire account where you can get brawl+ files but its not, pretty sure they deleted it >_> Anyway, you can download it from here: DOWNLOAD

Indeed. Thank you for the help Lemon?. Just curious though, how did you get the 4.1 in a txt? Did you make it yourself? Would of taken a while.

EDIT: I put in the texture code and unrestricted camera code, then wanted to finish up, so I clicked "export to GCT" and it said "More than 256 lines of code active! Please select less codes!" I don't suppose it would work if I just saved it as a txt, then renamed it to gct?

Double EDIT: I used the ocarina code manager to export to GCT and it worked fine (for some reason). Put my SD card into the Wii, launched the game, started a match, no texture hacks working for some reason, but unrestricted camera works. It was my understanding that the ocarina code manager would only work when using ocarina with brawl (before Gecko OS came out). Please help!

oh yes i've seen that.but i don't have the css code.i tried fox to sheik and that was cool.the only thing that froze him to the spot was final smash.
also some swaps freeze the game like fox->zelda and fox->peach.

I guess this code allows you to use codes from vBrawl snapshots. That means: You execute vBrawl, go to the snapshots and there you go...
