I have been trying to learn Ice Climbers. I can 0-80 consistently with fthrow, bthrow and dthrow-fair-ice block, and I can desynch with a dashdance, but I haven't learned hobbling, nor do I know much about matchups or other techs.

Hobbling isn't worth it imo.
