Honestly Micah, your Ike is really good IMO. Don't stress about how you might perform in tournaments. Be confident and you'll be fine.

Yeah, PT was really hard to put in there, for reasons you said. I might just get rid of PT and add Squirtle, Ivy, and Charzy separately.

Each time, I got Fox and Squirtle for first and second. Fox and Squirtle???
Then Metaknight is always from 3-6. Always. I REFUSE to learn/play metaknight. Why, test, why...
Shiek is always from 3-6 as well, so that's a plus. I like Shiek a lot.
Mario's about midway down, then a bit further is Ganondorf and ZSS. That's okay, I guess.

And now, for the worst part of the tests; this was the last retake I too before I couldn't bare anymore...

I think there was an issue with Sheik, which is now fixed. WAY too many people that had never played her were getting her as their number one.

Other than that, everything else is fine AFAIK.
