Even as someone who's most wanted is a major villain (hello, Eggman!), there's a bunch of ignored potential in smaller villains and mooks - Goomba, Creeper, Metal Sonic (kinda), and a ton of other gaming franchise with a ton of memorable side baddies I don't have the experience to talk about.
