I think the only real way Conker could work in Smash is if they specifically prioritised violence that other Scrimblos couldn't get away with (guns, chainsaws, bowtorches) over other adult content - though that'd mean he either couldn't use his slingshot or frying pan, or would have them very downplayed.

I think the big thing here is that it is a fan game, there are no licensors, no ratings boards, no brand to uphold. They have free reign for what they want to do without any corporate meddling.

I must have missed the part where violence and weapons became questionable in a fighting game.

Not like you can pretend the cartoony artstyle matters to squat either.

Conker's identity isn't just heavy weapons and realistic guns. and I never said it was. That's not the problem here, also notice how I said he doesn't have M-rated content in smash remix? You know, the game where he uses realistic weapons and heavy artilery? I literally never said violence was the problem with his character I think using heavy artilery and guns is absolutely okay for smash, but that's not the only part of conker's identity and what's fun about him.

Also saying one game having themes of sex in it is the same as one games's whole pitch being "looks kid-friendly but it actually has swearing, sex and alcohol in it" is just silly.
in the future can you try a bit better to understand people's arguments and what they're trying to say? weve sort of had a lot of arguments in the past and its really rare that you actually understand the point im making. I dont think its a problem with the way i phrase things because plenty of other people seem to understand it fine.

You're trying to argue with a guy who said a save data transfer duplication glitch was intentional while also calling it an exploit. Best to stay quiet around this guy.
