It's nothing special. Actually I had some stuff up in the Artwork Emporium, but they rearranged it a while back and it was all erased... There might some stuff lying around, though. I have improved since I first got to college...
Incidentally, I considered starting a sig shop, but I never did. I know I'd get overwhelmed with requests and wouldn't be able to balance it with life/school. I still might considering doing one just for fun, though. I dunno, sometimes I'd rather make stuff for other people than myself. Very few people at school make requests, though.
No one's bought any of my pieces yet... Still waiting for that day.
I commend anyone who does glasswork/sculpture regularly and makes it look good. I've done them in the past, but I'll stick with my laptop and Photoshop, thanks. I guess I'm too lazy to build stuff.

Graphic Design majors will have the easiest time getting jobs. The stuff they teach you can be applied to broader, more practical design things in everyday life. At least that's what I hear around our university. I guess it depends on where you wanna go. Digital media is a lot of fun, too.
YES. Post typo sigs. 90% of the Artwork Emporium has at one point in time posted "I suck with text" or something to that effect. If we saw some good ones, we could learn a thing or two. I took a Typography course last semester, so I've been trying to work with it as well. Maybe you oughta wait until your waiting list has cleared out to post them, though...

In fact, I think that's an issue in a lot of sig shops I've seen. Requesters sometimes can't discriminate bewteen high and poor quality images, so the shop owner has trouble making finished looking products... :/ I guess just do what you can, it's not your responsibility to go hunting down high-res images for people.
If anyone complains, remind them that you're taking time out of your personal schedule to meet their demands. For free.
