Well.. I just spend some time in all star mode which has the bags as pickups after you clear a level. So I'm gonna try that for a while to see how it plays out. I don't know yet if it is character specific though.

While you're at it. Please tell me if there's an easier way to unlock custom moves besides Classic mode. Jeez, it seems so random and tedious.
