I love the FSmash. Nothing more needs to be said.
Same goes for the DSmash... heck, all of them are awesome.
tl;drs up until the specials
Kamehameha (lol turtle wave of desperation) and Power Pole Extend seem like me like they should be switched. Eh, it's your choice.
Unique counter, I never would have expected a move called "Drunken Fist" to be one.
Final Smash: Although I tl;dr'd its individual moveset, it seems to be a major improvement on the transformation FS's of the past. Making up for what would at first appear to be overpowered, you made this form actually be attackable, enabling a daring opponent to end the FS preemptively. I can see it now; a giant ape running away from Lucas, who he just KOed, trying to avoid him while his invincibility frames last. Wait... can he shield? If he can, it would be a nice add-on if his tail sticks out of the shield, still vulnerable.
Victory poses: I'd probably appreciate these more if I had actually seen a single episode of Dragon Ball, Z or otherwise. >_> <_<

Wow, who made the alt costumes? They look awesome!
Senzu beans seem like a good concept, but they might be somewhat broken. Ah, nevermind. They'll just be the Smash Ball of the next game; chased after like madmen.
Also, the best extra I've seen; you pulling off the code for Oozaru. I never would have thought of that in a million years.
