It is possible that is true. I'm pretty sure you can transfer custom characters to the Wii U, but if you only have the Wii U version, the only way may just be Amiibo. We will have to wait and see, unless there is definitive info somewhere.

I'd say it depends on the situation. If you have to go, then sure it's fine. People that win easily, or do something cheap and then leave are just plain rude. It's like adding salt to a wound to beat someone using a cheap method, then leave before they can adjust their strategy to win next time...

That is something I'm not clear about as well. It says you can use custom characters from the 3ds on the wii u, so I don't think you need amiibo, bot not 100% on that. I'm hoping you only use amiibo to level up the characters, use them in battle as teammates, and watch them fight others.

I'll be playing both, will have to see when the game comes out to tell which I'll play more. Besides Smash Run, from what I can tell the games are pretty similar. They were made so you could just play whichever version you want the most. I'l play the Wii version more when I'm alone or if people...

Interesting, I never thought of that. I will test this out as well. It would explain why sometimes I get new moves and other times I don't, when I play a character I'm not as good at.

Smash Run is different. From my experience, and I've played a LOT of Smash Run, you have a higher chance to get equipment/customizations for the character you're playing as. Not always, but a higher chance. Not to be rude, but was it really necessary to comment that this has no effect on you?

The Wii U still uses motion control if that's what you mean. Smash Bros. doesn't use it though, just like it didn't on the Wii. Both versions have the same characters.

I love playing as Brawler the best. I haven't unlocked all the costumes, but I like the Gunner's Dragon Costume the most so far, and the Swordfighter has some cool outfits, like the Neon suit. I hope Brawler has a really good one that I'll like as well.
