This is true...but I justsee much growth from Armada/ he's technical, kinda plays like M2K without being a robot, adapts like a king (same **** with mango), edgeguards like a champ, unusual playstyle..spacing is beyond human ( comparable to mango) and makes **** loads of smart decisions..he's also younger and continues to improve...Kings are meant to fade and new one's rise out of the shadows/ashes to be stars.

But i see where you're coming from with mango( he's just too good). Also
M2K needs to stop playing brawl/but he's not gonna do it therefore he'll remain king in Brawl, if ally doesn't take that away from him, (snake is broken lol)

I think if Mango goes to college ( which he will if he wants to make mama mango happyy... he might see a decrease in skill)/ just ask ken /m2k they know about what that's like.

I feel like there may be some potential better than the known top players out there, but I doubt they can become so good without playing people who are also pretty good(and it also means they probably would also post on the boards about those people).

What I'm saying is, there could be someone who could be the best, but I don't think there is a better than mango/armada right now.

M2K isn't reclaiming anything in the state he's in right now.

I think Mango will hold his own on top. He keeps improving and he's always very motivated.

Also weird that the old champs were Marths and the new champs are floaties.

I honestly have no idea how good any European besides Armada and Calle W are. I'd like to find out though.

How far do I think I'll get? I have no idea lol. I'm just aiming for top 32 and every time I win a bracket match(if I do) then I'll get happier.

I know m2k doesnt go marth against sheik ever since his days against KDJ in 2007 ( but that would be a really interesting matchup)


I hear Zgetto is **** and is better than amsah, but of course if he plays mango/m2k its gonna be ****.

Yeah M2K agreed to appease his fanboys and will do a mm with Jeff (SS) at Pound 4 w/. any matchup (aka marth vs. falcon)

I don't recall m2k ever using marth againt HBOX.

Neither haave I recalled Jason going FD using marth against Mango, which would be kinda epic for a GFs match.

IMO, all last matches should be settle on FD its so ****ing epic with the music, and the huge *** stage and the skill necessary to fight there.

Lol M2K never uses Marth on Falcon anymore. I'd love to watch it though(I think M2K would tap personally).

I think M2K and Mango agreed it was even and whoever was more patient won the matchup. I know M2K is impatient so it makes sense that he prefers Fox.

haha...him and m2k with that set back in 2007 at mlg long island (marth vs. sheik) those sets were absolutely incredible. The last tourney he went to he lost mango, and beat jman only to lose to him in losers finals.

I wish KDJ played too, now that I've had time to appreciate his skill.

Darkrain, SS, Hax, Scar. I might switch SS and Hax after pound but right now I feel like this is true.

I'm going to leave out Amsah+non-Armada Europeans because I have no idea how good they are.

wow...you're diverse. IM glad we actually got to talk for once. i BEEN APPLYING FOR COLLEGES. Question...I accidentally put down the name of a university in my essay, while sending my application on the COMMON APP.

Now other univs. will see my mistake. Is there a way to fix that (even though I already submitted the application).

Fox is probably my 'true' secondary, but I never use him in tournament more than my other secondaries. I play Fox/Marth/Falcon(check http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpoVo2diDfE out for proof) a lot, and play Ganon in dittos(I've beaten some known Ganons at them) and Mario and Pikachu are too fun so I play them some.

And I guess Roy just because.

Hard for me to say, as I've been attached to quite a few of them. I think I'll go with Shiz on this one though. He's mad good and an awesome dude.

M2K has put the most time into Marth so I'd say Marth is his best. If he practiced his Fox like he did his Marth he'd probably be able to do just as well(if not better) with him.

1st post: Yeah Hbox just keeps improving. Mango hasn't stopped yet either so I'm not gonna call it on Hbox's side(in the future) just yet.

Mango's Falco almost beat Hboxin a MM at RoM2. It was reallllly close. But yeah, I've seen that too.


2nd post: Hbox because he keeps getting better, we're bros, he's from the south, and USA baby. =p

Armada is wayyy too good. I don't feel very confident about beating him but maybe I'll surprise myself.

Lol there's no way I'll win Pound. M2K could if he would play the dang game more.

Yeah Shiz is awesome and he was supposed to come to a few southern tournaments and RoM2 and he just didn't lol. Makes me so sad.

1st post: I hope so. He's my #1 target right now(he's been beating me too long not to be lol). Not sure how I'll beat him but maybe my videos will give me clues.

M2K says he's too impatient. He likes to be doing stuff a lot and Jiggz frustrates him. Can't say I blame him really. I guess I'm more willing to not approach than he is though lol.
Jiggz is mean to spacies for sure haha.

2nd post: Initially(when he started doing well), definitely not. Now that I've played his newest version(his gay style changes like every time I play him lol) he seems to be playing like a player that could do well with other characters. I doubt he would do as well with them as Puff though. I think he would be a respectable placer at this point regardless.

Oh M2K. He is so silly about stuff. I love watching him do innovative things too.

I haven't. I actually didn't get to play Mango at all at RoM2, but we both wanted to play each other reallllly badly. Darn lack of setups when people left haha. I barely got to play PC......

I think Mango would go Falco on me in tournament. If I were to beat Falco then I'd probably get Puff, but I'm not totally sure.

Lol he has beaten me at every big tournament we've been at. I did loads better than I usually do, but it just wasn't enough still. I'll keep thinking and maybe I'll be able to beat him next time.

Beating Hbox has been my biggest goal since I lost to him at HERB 2.

yeah...i've been getting my marth tourney ready for sometime soon... when i have money. Hopefully I have that bread by Pound 4. My wavedashing skills and l canceling skills are off the charts. My hands kinda hurt w/. how fast I've been using my characters. I also use falcon to lesser degree but i play around w/. him. I do that SS **** where I ledge cancel on the platforms of PS like 85 % of the time (showing off that tech. LOL) I also use mario and dr. Mario at a high level, but overall i will use marth 90-95% of the time at high level play. My controlller is well broken in now and all i need to do to complete my training right now is to solidify my edge guarding....hence ive been watching a **** load of m2k vids from 2k6-2k7.

Ill be cheering for u vs. mango, if you face him. I think you've quickly become one of the best falcos and you're a rising star in the game. Hopefully i can get to a certain level where tech skill and character control become second nature and mindgames, spacing, and adaptation become essential and of piority. I've still got a ways to go. Lol (Prince of Tennis analogy) if you're into that sorta thingg. Neways, i'll be cheering you on vs. mango, however, m2k is my fvorite player, so I will hope for your best against his best... but ill be cheering for him. But we're still cool in the end.


Who knows we may play each other in the near future. And yeah school is a ***** at times w/. college coming up, applications, A.P. classes, and the whole nine yrds. But i hope we can do some MMs in the future/friendlies (more preference to friendlies. Economy sucks gotta save some of that money)

Thanks man, but I know I can do better. My Marth game is loads better now(I got back from a tournament this morning and the only match I do well vs LoZR was when he picked Marth on me in Grand Finals), but I seem to be getting worse overall because of college. I have a training partner, Seven, but he's not good enough to push me yet(he mains Marth).

College allows for a good bit of free time but less money so maybe he might not be as affected as I am if he goes somewhere with decent smashers haha.

I'm ready to play both M2K and Mango though. I feel like I can do well vs them now. I just need to keep my tech and my mind at a higher level in between tournaments.
