It is hard to take you seriously regarding my "hand in the migration" when the Link forum is the only group to behave this way. I moderate equally everywhere as best I can. I lock threads that violate the rules. If someone has a problem with that, they PM me, and we discuss it. Every other community has learned to cope with big bad Buzz. The Link forum is the first to march out, but I did nothing differently. To me, that says a lot more about the Link community than it does about me as a moderator.
OK, so I was "involved". How am I at fault for that? Why should I be punished for the decisions of the Link forum? I stayed within my stewardship and did what I was trained to do. The fact that the Link forum packed up and left simply means you guys don't cope well with the rules here. I saw zero attempt to reason with me. Ich Bin Awesome was the only one who confronted me with any amount of dignity. You know what? That resulted in me unlocking a thread.
The rest of you, however, chose to spit in my face, recreate the thread I had locked, and start a revolution of sorts. Again, how am I personally at fault for this? If you guys would just keep a cool head and address the situation, things might've turned out better.
In fact, I am working at this very moment to get rule #7 cleared up so that your threads can come back. However, until that is made official, I have to enforce the rules.

Why do you feel it was me and me specifically who caused the migration? You guys collectively made the choice to leave SWF. I had no hand in that. I had a hand in enforcing the rules. So, imagine for one moment, that I did not exist. You think everything would be different? In case you didn't notice, Mic_128 (not me) went off and locked the Ganondorf Tier List thread. Youko closed threads that I wasn't around to close in the Link room. If any of the other mods had reached the Link forum before me, you would have just made him public enemy #1 instead. You are crapping bricks over one thread.
If anything, you should see my promotion as an opportunity, not a terrifying change. Now, I have more say in the rules and getting them changed. You continue to assume that I have a personal vendetta against the Link community; I don't. You guys leaving doesn't make me feel all guilty on the inside. You guys made that choice. I never marched in and said, "Obey the rules or GTFO."

As true as some of it may be, the fact is, they did us a favor. Quit looking so much on the negative and you'll shed some light.

Infractions are right. the other mod was jsut sticking up for his comrad but Buzz is literly BuzzKill, he will destroy your threads like no one else. they were all reasons to lock the thread yes but they are just going to die anyways, it's stupid how he locked them, I can understand him locking a bumped thread that is jsut plain stupid as that is their job but not that.

Buzz is the hardest moderater that I know of :\ Hylian is a sick mod he's so funny lol, he locks threads that deserve to be locked, but if there's anything useful in it he'll tell Xyro to take that and move it elsewhere, or he'll sticky it then lock it.
They just screwd the link boards buddy. they closed the Q&A for no big apparent reason. the last guy that said anythign was in the form of discussion, not flame or anything that is so stupid.
Nope. Don't really have time, school gets hectic in the last three weeks. And we just got a new HD TV, so I've been playing other games like Metroid Prime 3 and Shadow of the Colossus. =P

If I play more 1v1s against you, I might learn how to do with it. And the lag isn't usually bad at all with you.
EDIT: Oh yeah. Ganon's not as bad, but you still somehow manage to make Ganon an excellent camper. o_0 Most people don't realize that characters without projectiles can camp too. Marth's actually one of the best; I should utilize that more.

"Interesting" playing you again, but I still pretty much hate your guts after every match because of your horrible yet awesome playing style that sucks and is effective, made even more effective during 3 or 4 player matches.

I can say you were the probably the most lag-free player I've ever played against. There was a noticeable amount, but it wasn't that bad. What type of internet connection do you have, or do you have suggestions for me to improve my connection?
Anyway, you're good. It was pretty frustrating playing you, actually; you're incredibly defensive, and I wasn't quite sure how to approach that because I don't run into it very often. That I blame on skill. Playing your Link just sucked though, because even a tiny amount of lag makes it nearly impossible to dodge an arrow or cape a boomerang.
Some other time. ^_-
