Well, first off, who the Falcon player most commonly faces is purely situational. How to get better, well that just takes practice. To get better or what to do against a character, the character discussions should supply that. There really isn't much you can do. It would be hard to form a character analysis thread because in retrospect that would be making another character match-up thread. Like I said before, the match up threads should provide some sort of info as to what would be the best course of action to take against whomever, not to mention you should have stage analysis/ discussions to see where Falcon does well and in what areas on that stage and if they even went further than that, they would tell which stage against who along with where on that stage they can effectively punish your opponent.
