  • Ah, Classic Sonic. The true be-all-end-all of 2D Platforming.

I enjoy mostly anything arcade-style that has no actual end. I try to get as much out of a game as possible before having to restart the file, so any game that has a lot of after-story stuff is great in my book.
Kirby has always fascinated me, heh.

But in the past couple years I've realised just how simple and easy they are, and I now appreciated the deeper series (Metroid and Mother are my top 2 Nintendo)
I played through Squeak Squad in one 2 hour sitting.

In SSU, I think "The Final Four" all have 1000 HP. Which is really, really gay. It's, like, 20 star shots. Maybe Masked Dedede has less.
I believe I did it successfully with both Squeak Squad and Amazing Mirror.

In SSU, it's Wham Bam Jewel that does the most damage to me. Freaking hard to hit with basic attacks.
    It was one of my favourite SNES games ^^;

Actually, I almost beat KSSU 100% (except for the hidden scene) in one DS charge >D But I lost to Marx Soul and started recharging my DS :p
It really is just a remake. There's nothing exactly special about it. IMO, the extra 4 are not worth the full price.

However, Revenge of the King is just plain epic.
    Oh well.

On Super Star Ultra, I still work on beating the True Arena with only Basic Kirby...while on the bus XD
Yeah XDDD I had to reset my file so many times because Florias is earned automatically by 2 hours of gameplay.
I sorted them in an "Air, Fire, H2O, Soil, Iron, Zap, Herb, Zoo, Glow, Dark" fashion.
    The final result:

Geolyte, Firim, Oleana, Anasaze, Grannest, Wiral, Boggob, Gigagush
Lastar, Suburbion, Bavoom, Jeljel, Vubble, Gravitas, Mekks, Layazero
Florias, Starrii, Thirnova, Brabbit, Hotted, Freaze, Forte, Megadom
Wuud, Globin, Yooj, Cavious, Luna=Luna, Dawndus, Hevendor, Meteo
XD I have everything unlocked, heh. And I was very particular about the order I unlocked them in, since you can't sort them.

Anyway, as I said before. The hardest Mission in Multi mode is failing Twin Moons but still winning the match. Because that's the only way to get to that ending.
It had a nice collection of music and very interesting new mechanics. So much more could have been done with that...

Canvas Curse felt a little sadistic when trying to 100% it >.>
Yes, I love all his games. There are some that are just far too easy and have nothing to do after completion.

My last goal on Super Star Ultra is to beat The True Arena without healing and only using Kirby's basic attacks (Star shot and shield). I made it to Marx Soul once but then died in one hit.

Squeak Squad could have been done so much better.
Yeah. It was apparently an assignment by Nintendo that he decided to take. Or something.

Anyway, Sakurai makes great 'simple' games.
Layazero has fun music, too. Yooj has one of the longest, next to Meteo.

Ah, I love Meteos so much. I just wish that the sequel (Meteos Wars) was released on DS instead of Xbox 360. There's no point in playing Meteos without a stylus.

The whole concept is great. Launching them off the screen, multiple combinations of colours, collecting, conducting music as you play...indeed, Sakurai didn't mess up with this game. (I heard he was assigned to help design it, although I may be wrong...)
Oleana has the single most calming soundtrack for me. ^^ It cheers me up in almost every circumstance.

But yes. Brabbit is invincible when used competitively.
    Luna=Luna!

God, I HATED trying to fail that Multi mission.

And I mean to use. Globin gets so painfully unrewarding. Cools off right away and you die instantly.

I play "top level" Meteos. Brabbit is indeed the most broken. You can literally keep a full stack going infinitely and chain 360s infinitely. It's also so slow that you can't die.
I've come to love them all, heh. Dawndus and Globin are just pains in the neck, and Brabbit is the embodiment of uber...far more broken than MK is in Brawl.
Well apart from rocket science, nothing is rocket science.
Quantum mechanics isn't rocket science, but I'd say it's more difficult to actually grasp. Actually following the laws is easy, but the concept is difficult. :3
    It's a taco.

    If so, :).

I'm fixing to go down to the cousins. Play a bit of CoD4.

    And your day?
I left out quite a few people, but thought of you right away. xD

    How was the cereal?
