Lol, little vague there. Anyways, I think you might be on the step where you put your SD card in your Wii correct? If so... if you do have the 4.0 version, the first link won't work for you from the bannerbomb website.
Scroll down until you see the below. Try any of these and they should work.

If thats not the case tell me the exact step.

Find something that says "extract all the files." You basically need to open the zipped folder.
You don't need the disk. Just follow what the thing tells you and if you need help tell me. lol
