    Goldbars are used for alchemy, yo.

    When it comes to the post-game, you'll have to learn that using that site, plus guides to alchemizy and the ingredient locations and whatnot.

    Gamefaqs will become your friend.

    I'm sure you already know, but Thunder Thrust for Spear users and Hatchet Man for Axe users is either crit or miss. it has a 50/50 chance. Still more reliable than any other method.

    ALTHOUGH, I've had an unusually good experience with the Assassin's Stab for Knife users. I still wouldn't recommend using it. It's just all I had for a while.

    From the report, you can chance into a Platinum king jewel from floors 13-14. Look around there, you'll find one eventually.

    Yeah, without maxing other vocational skills, things are gonna be rough.

    Do you see any good enemies spawn? Still, the best grottos are the elemental ones - Fire, ground, Ice, Water. try to look out for those.

    No, it doesn't help you get maps.

    What helps you get maps is completing grottos. When you defeat the boss of a grotto, they will drop a new map for you.

    Revication of your MC can only improve the quality of the grotto map you receive.

    I think it was more I had time to play while at work.

    I've done most of the quest around the 100th hour. All i have left are the quests that require mastery of weapons.

    My main character has about 100 points to every vocation specific skill expect for mayby two vocations.

    I been playing against the Legacy Bosses since I don't have much else to do. Exchanging Maps will make things more interesting. Also - here's a link that will make the post game content more fruitful, in case you haven't found it yet - http://www.yabd.org/apps/dq9/

    I'd love to revocate, but I don't have a reliable source to grind other than Slime Hill, and that takes a long while.

    One of my favorite scifi movies ever. I'm a pretty big scifi fan, but I tend to like harder scifi where the science is actually possible. Usually that kind of scifi is the arena of books rather than movies, so it was really nice to see a movie in that subgenre.

    Plus it was just an awesome movie so that helped too.
