Now that I think about it, he's actually pretty likely. We know that the removal of assist trophies has merit for them becoming playable, and considering we have no new retro character in Ultimate AND we've never had someone to represent the Game Boy, I'd say there's a good chance he gets in.

I'd much prefer them over Sans, but I also feel like Sans has the potential to meme his way in (or more realistically, he's the most recognizable out of anyone from the game)
