    First of all, the post below was typed before I saw your post on my wall. Just wanted to clear that up to avoid confusion :S

    I did. As stated below, I wasn't referring to that part of your post.

    In all seriousness...

    They were mentioning glitch pokemon, and they were recalling what they remembered from a while back, which means their memory could have just been foggy. Don't take it so hard, man.

    Continuing this on your VM wall because I don't want to spam the thread with an argument. Also, sorry if I ever came off as hostile during this, I was just putting in my two cents, even though some of what I said was apparently kind of misguided, lol.

    Sorry for leaving so abruptly last night. My parents saw me on my comp and it was beddy bye for me... anyways, no I havent seen that movie and I have no idea what movie Totoro is. I mean Ive heard of it but Ive never had any interest in finding out what it was

    Now, time to thrash pokemon red :evil:

    I don't see why a grown man would stand up and show that he knows his ABC unless he was mentally handicapped. The man who is obsessed with women acts very, very childish, and not in a normal way of an adult who refuses to grow up in many regards much like myself. For instance, when he comes to work, he grabs the main characters hat and starts making odd movements and faces with it. The only one who doesn't directly show any signs is the woman. It seemed a place for the mentally handicapped to be employed.

    Personally, I'm up for anything. Anime, sci-fi, anything really, but if I had to pick a favorite, I would definitely say French films. The people in them are always so real, nothing is gussied up, its all very, very real, especially when compared to our films. Top movies, no order:

    Amiele
    The Motor Cycle Diaries
    Babel
    Paprika
    Spirited Away
    Jules Et Jim
    The Cooler
    The Good Theif
    among many, many others I can never recall on hand.

    I kept wondering why, despite us knowing this woman does indeed love him, she wouldn't be with him. I enjoy a sad movie, (they are my favorite) but I really didn't see the ending coming, that being that he didn't just have trouble separating dreams from reality, but when it was revealed with his behavior later that he was fully mentally handicapped and not mentally matured, it was too much for me. Watching it again, I saw all the obvious signs, from his workers being mentally handicapped as well (which I excused as being eccentric) and his mother's behavior towards him and his other child like demeanor, it was too much of a feeling of betray. Now, about a year later, the betray has left, and I can appreciate the movie again.

    Thankfully, I don't see it anymore, but at the time, it was a largely unsettling experience.
    I had a similar experience with The Science of Sleep, though not a self fulling prophecy, but something that actually existed in the movie. I felt betrayed by the movie at the end, and was depressed for days.
