*SMILES.*
I got a 60 gig, backwards-compatible PS3 for two hundred bucks. Came with a controller and a game (MGS4). I don't exactly make a lot of money either. It pays to have a close friend working for Gamestop. If I ever want anything, he'll do his best and give me the hook-up. Hell, he'll even "check" a game out for me; pretty much the equivalent of free game rentals. Did I mention he's an assistant store manager? Lol.
I don't ask him for stuff often, though. The guy's like a brother to me and we look out for each other. He usually asks me if I'm interested in stuff and that's about it. It's how I got the PS3.
And while I love Mario, I still find myself partial to Sonic even after all these years. I could replay all of the Sonic games and not even flinch at how redundant and easy it is. DKC is awesome (DKC 2 >>>>> All of the others, tho). As far as Yoshi goes, one of my favorite platformers of all time was a Yoshi game. Super Mario World 2 was freakin' amazing. I don't care what anybody says.
Banjo Kazooie..? Oh, the nostalgia. Lol.
