    Pikmin 3 has spoiled me for pikmin 2... Pikmin with GC controls is nowhere near as good.

    Sounds like what I would say about the original Metroid Prime games if I played them with a GCC. I've only played them with the Wiimote/Nunchuck combo.

    Everyone's like, "nerf needles" and I sit here looking at vanish. Sakurai's love for up-B kills in this game is so weird. At least make the aerial vanish less powerful.

    ^ this. I do wonder how different Sheik would be without a killing vanish mixup. She still gets 50:50's with up air at certain %'s, but it's not nearly as devastating. Time out Sheik would still be a thing, and I would hope more Mr. R like needle movement would develop and bait things for a strong punish... But safe shield pressure and 50:50 kill throw setups. Yup, she's good.

    Smash art utilt and ftilt are my favorite next to usmash. I'm not quite on the b-air train like you, mostly because I'm bad at the move's timing, but I can imagine it being really good. Does smash art uthrow airslash work?

    It's better now that it's safer as a poke, before its long endlag meant it was punishable on hit at low percents. I miss Brawl DTilt, it had like half the endlag it does now.

    Things are so crazy busy. @_@ I started going to tournaments in April and that's about the time work started to ramp up and friends who were away at college started to come back. I bought Ryu, because I'm super interested in him. Less so for Lucas and Roy (but I'll play with them on other peoples' consoles). How are you? Did you watch e3? When I saw all the Yoshi plushy amiibos I was thinking about you!

Ryu for me- nah but lucas and roy- yes! normally i want new characters but i used lucas in brawl and roy from my brothers friend wii u. oh yes i did! i don't care for amiibos but that yoshi looks so cute. hard to pass up :p now they just have to make other ones besides yoshi.

    That's cool to hear. I've been messing MALLC lately, and it's great for running turn around B-air. It's just amazing for B-air more than anything, and i'm starting to get the hang of it.

    Wait, what. I didn't see this post until now. I'd agree, but the reads he makes are really fun to watch/hype. His moves look great, which helps things a lot. As a Mega Man player, I think I appreciate the non-flashy stuff a lot, so I find Mega Man really interesting to watch. Maybe not fun, per se, but interesting.

    I'm 50 pages in. It is so amazing. My college roommate recommended it to me a while ago and I saw it at a bookstore and thought, "Why not?" Probably the best decision I've made in months.
