I get giving up on snacks, but you should just eat the "proper" amount of food per meal. Be sure, your body won't allow you to eat less than you need; it'll ask for more. even more so if you work, study or perform mild/intense activity in general.

Personally my favorite food is pizza, so I guess there's less animal killing involved. Toppings are another story, but I'm fine with plain pizza as well. The only thing I cut down these days is an insane amount of plants. Especially brambles. **** brambles. They retaliate by catching your arm...
