We've only put up the bracket of the first 16. If we put the other 8 into a separate bracket then the two finalists from the first bracket and the winner of the bracket of 8 would play. But that gets complicated. You're suggesting that we give all of the last 8 a bye first round?

I was thinking 3 brackets of 8. Then we'd get 3 finalists. So we'd do round robin or something with them. I find round robin really anti-climactic though. Or we could just do the bye system.
