Next time we're at a melee/brawl tourny together im going to borrow money from you for food, use it to enter you in brawl singles, and then tell everybody that has matches against you to just act you're playing serious friendly sets.
That way you can play brawl and enjoy it in a low-stress environment, and you'll still be in the tourny scene.
