Since crawling is a mode given to Toon Link from the start in WW, I'm wondering if Sakurai gave TL the option to crawl in Smash. Or was he lazy?

I was annoyed how Luigi was in the last two games. While his mix of crazy and being like Goofy personality wasn't introduced yet, he should have had more taste to him, not just given Mario's voice sped up.
