as simple as it sounds... just playing a lot will help. you already know what the issue is if I tell you what I would do in x situations it doesn't really help you develop as a player.
imo the best thing to do at your level is literally touch the game everyday. just warm up in training mode and then play computers for like 15 minutes a day. and take the computers seriously as if it was a tournament set.
