If you get a nAir at low percents on a grounded enemy, you can follow it up with about 2-3 upTilts depending on who you're up against. This can generally be followed up with an upAir and then a bAir or fAir. Not the most amazing combo in the game but it's effective

Against cloud I find you have to be a bit more reactive rather than instigating all the attacks yourself. When he attacks, wait for his end frames and punish where you can. A lot of times cloud can cancel lag into a surprising jab or down tilt. One thing I like to do is stay at around mid range...
